NO-STRESS DAY

Living on the seaside  doesn’t necessarily mean sunbathing all day long everyday, one can definitely say looking at my not-so-tanned skin. I haven’t been on the beach  for almost 2 weeks, and today I decided to organise my day in a no-stress  manner.  I worked a couple of hours in the morning and had some coffee  and cottage cheese (home-made by my friend) for breakfast.  Then we went to the beach with my other friend: we drove to the north of the city to get a calm sea. There, of course, we had some video and photo shooting, which I always enjoy so much. After we decided we had enough sun for the day,  we went right back to the city centre, and I headed to my favourite coffee shop to enjoy some time with myself and relax before going to the gym. 1-hour workout  and my muscles started to pray for some massage that they obviously got as I always try to listen to my body. Now charged with the energy I am back home and ready to create some amazing fashion sketches ;)
